Question Nissan Nomad, help me please

Hey all,

I have a 1991 Nissan nomad C22 (aka Nissan Vanette) that I use everyday for work. It has been having issues where it will occasionally (particularly towards the end of a big day of driving) lose power all together and stall when driving. It will be as if the ignition switch has been turned off and the car will slowly roll to a stop. The lights and stereo will stay on still. When I leave it to cool, it will start again but will only be able to drive a short distance before stalling. Overnight it will cool and be fine for most of the day. It doesn't stall in the way that running out of petrol makes a car stall (it doesn't splutter to a stop).

I have recently had the cylinder head replaced on it, the ignition module and coils replaced and am stumped as to what it could be. Could it be a carbouretter issue?

Please help!

Thanks in advance for any help with this.

Ben

Re: Nissan Nomad, help me please

sounds like a ignition issue, might see if you can check for spark when it dies and won't restart
