96OldsNinetyEight - Tranny, 2nd and currently @ 124,000 -Original Engine, (stock everything, just maintenance) @ 289,000 -Body, 289,000

1986 regency brougham elite (mint cond. - black/red leather int.)
orig. engine / orig. tranny
miles: 48,834 (yes, that is correct)
Sat for 6 years undriven.
replaced fuel pump&gas tank / battery / spark plugs / sp wires / ignition coils / fuel filter / emission&vacuum lines / intake duct / MAF sensor / TPS / radiator hoses (upper&lower) (Flushed 2x) / trans. fluid&filter&pangasket / oil&filter (2x) / air filter (2x).
all I had to do to get it started after 6 years was drain the gas tank and add new gas. Even the original battery still cranked (I did use a liberal amount of starting fluid though).

1990 Olds 98 Regency Brougham Sedan, 178k. Probably original everything judging by the condition I got it in for $600 as a beater... piecing it back to health after crappy care for heaven only knows how long, and after a wreck I just posted about a few minutes ago on another thread.

I would really like to find a last year diesel big body 98 sedan.

89 Olds, 215K miles. Original engine. 2nd Trans. Only reason the trans was replaced was because my younger brother was driving the car and an axle shaft seal started to leak. Lost all the fluid and fried the trans.

I have 2 1990 Olds Touring Sedans and they are both grey with grey interiors.

TS-1
I brought as a GM Program Car in 1990, It has 68,000 and it is in beautifull shape.

TS-2
I brought this car from an elderly couple who did not drive anymore, It had 56,000 when I brought it and it has 62,000 on it now. I swapped out the LN3 3800 and put in a warmed up Super Charged L67 3800 with a 4T65E-HD trans. This is one Bad Ass Olds 98. It looks Great, Handles Great, Probably one of the most comfortable cars I have ever driven and it runs Mid 13’s in the ¼ mile. And the best part.. it gets 25 MPG city when I keep my foot out of it....

Isn't it amazing, that the 3.8's, including the SC'ers, could get 30 or more mph on the highway, even with the "C" and "H" chassis?

Except for that upper plenum, there were hardly any problems with the engine....
