For 2014 the IPMS UK F1 and Motorsport SiG are running a display to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Honda entering F1 and endurance racing in Europe.

50 years of Japanese Motorsport:

I have a list of projects suitable as long as your arm, the Suzuki RGV-r was the first past the winning line and this is expected to be the second.

Fujimi's old but buildable S600 kit has seen better days but with a little effort builds into a nice model.

I have the body all built up and cleaned up to reflect the car as currently restored.

I hope to have more progress later.

Buffing the primer back revealed a couple of sink marks on the rear qtrs. A dab of superglue and talc is all that is needed to remedy this.



The reference photos showed up that the front qtrs are a little more rounded than the kit provides for. Out with the sanding sticks.
