pLEASE help

OK...i have been told that the jaguars are very unreliable. I am looking at a '98 Jaguar XK8 with 16k miles on it for a great price. Are these cars as bad as i hear. Can anyone please give me some insight on purchasing this.

In my experience they haven't been at all, quite the opposite. We hardly have to change parts of them because things don't go wrong, and that's on old Jaguars! So if the car is OK now, it should continue to be.
