I already have the pics(most). But some of them have BMW badges on it so I was wondering if anyone knew the whole story behind that.

What do you want to know? It was just one of the many prototypes presented each year at the major auto shows by Giugiaro, Pininfarina, Bertone etc. Many times they carry badges as a ''suggestion'' to the company for a possible future model and sometimes they are a direct assignment to test the waters. Rarely they go into very limited production but I don't think they made more than 1 Nazca

Was BMW involved in its production in any way? There are also some pics of it driving around, are those real?

It was a fully running car! Those pictures might be from a sort of tour-celebration they did about some anniversary I think and there were other prototypes involved. BMW provided the chassis/engine/gearbox etc (I believe from an 850CSi but could be wrong)
