well like I told the cop "dont you have to be speeding in order to be racing?"
See when we took off from the light I reved 1st up to about 30mph and then slowed down cause i saw the merc wanted in. I did 10 over only after the merc disapeared from sight. if we where racing we would of been climbing steady side by side. I hope the jury is clever enough to understand racing dynamics.
