Question before I buy a 2002 Tahoe Z71
I am looking at a 2002 Z71 with 32K miles. It looks to be a very good deal (black, leather $23K). I have been reading about problems with fuel pumps and power windows with this year. There are 4,000 miles left on the warranty and the owner reports no problems. Should
I buy an extended warranty before the factory one expires? If so, should I buy a GM or can someone recommend another good warranty company? Any other thoughts on this vehicle would be appreciated as well. thanks. Brian |

Re: Question before I buy a 2002 Tahoe Z71
Dude, I have a jet black Z71 2002. 33k and no problems. I used to buy extended warranties. Don't waste your money...unless you're going to beat your truck. They're expensive and usually don't cover most of the stuff that breaks from everyday use. And the deductables can be high. I don't recommend an extended warranty...based on my experience with two prior extended warranties.
