How to change F250 oxygen sensor?

I'm a total newb when it comes to car repair and would like to change the oxygen sensor on my own. Does anyone have any tips or good source of info for this? Do I need any special tools?

Also wondering if people think changing the spark plugs on my own is a good idea- I've heard some say that they are very on a f series engine. Is this true?

Oh BTW it's a 98 with a Triton engine. Nat gas vehicle but all the mechanics outside the engine are pretty much the same.
