random p0302,p0305 codes

I have a 96 ciera, 77k, flood damage , sat for 2 yrs after flood damage, when i got it, repaired all the needed items to get road worthy, ran excellant for approx 3000 miles , when the 1st p0302 code came,it was intermittant, one day misfire next day fine, my other car is 96 buick century same 3100 sfi v6, i exchanged coils wires and plugs to my car, no problem, so that is eliminated, i cleared code ran fine for a day, now a p0305 cylinder5 misfire , runs like its on 5 cylinders, no p0302 code
thinking maybe injectors or some sort of connection to them? any ideas

Something in the engine didn't get changed after the flood damage. Do you have a list of all the things that were changed? If it sounds like it's running on 5 cylinders, it probably is. Without that list it's very difficult to say what could be wrong.
