Exclamation D16Z6 PLZ Help Me!! Bogging at WOT

i have a 90 honda crx with a d16 put the z6 head on the car (mini me) ran and drove fine but didnt have its full power took it to a local shop and found out that my exhaust valves were bent so i get them replaced now im having a problem when i open the car to WOT it bogs out but if i open the throttle 3/4 of the way open it moves dwn the street pretty good! im running a chiped p28 full jumper harness so i didnt have to run any wires the new parts on the car dizzy,cap,button,plugs,wires,tps, i have two CEL one is the IACV and the IAT i already have wel over $1500 for this so called easy swap i already ran out of money from nickel and diming it so can some1 plz help me!! i cant figure it out
