klunk when i hit the brakes...
ok ive checked over everything on the lift at work. i can find anything loose or any bushing that look bad. but when i hit the brakes there is a loud metal to metal clunk in the front of the car. its the same thing when i hit a speed bump or any bump of the sort. has anyone had this problem and if so what fixed it. it is really bad, as i can feel it in the whole car when i hit the brakes and it is affecting my handling a bit. any imput will be greatly appreciated.

no need to go to a shop....im qualfied enough to diag this more on my own. i just was wanting input from anyone who has had the same problems.....gettin a TSB from ppl on here. that is on my list to check and if need be ill tear down the whole front suspensions one night after i get off and look at everything. i dont know when the last time the abll joints were done on the j or the wheel bearings and seals at that. guess its time to do em and get em outta the way whether they need it or not. preventive maint. is the way to go for me. ill let you know what it is tho
