auto's

gday all hows life?

just wondering when launching an automatic, u put it into 1st so u can controll when to cange gears to some degree right, to get the best launch do u put it into drive or second next??

i was thinking second for the same reasons as 1st am i right?

I put it in 2nd and floor it then pop it into drive real quick. Also the car is floored the whole time.
