Automatic Murcielago?!?!?

It appears that Kobe Bryant's (LA Lakers) wife does not know how to drive a manual gear box . . .

This is actually very intresting and ingenious, but I would have just bought her a 360/550F1.

So it is just clutch-less? You just let off the gas and shift? Pretty good idea, but I would just teach her how to drive a stick.

More or less yes. It stated that the clutch pedal is void now. I am curious as to how much she actually drives it. Because they should him pulling up in it before of the his games a month or so OK.

The article also said the he had a Carbon Fiber/plexiglass cover made for the engine covor i.e. 360 Modena.

Carbon fiber and plexiglass are 2 completely different things... I'm curious to see how it looks. And is that an aftermarket sterio he has? And those ugly chrome rims... Should have left it stock.

Or give her this Murci and buy himself one. It's not like he can't afford it.

You are correct carbon fiber and plexiglass are two different thing. To be more clear apparently the cover is made from carbon fiber AND plexiglass, not carbon fiber-plexiglass.

As for those rims they are stock rims. I believe that they have been chromed or "dipped" (I could be wrong, because their is another Murci in the same mag from Japan that has the same exact rims, so perhaps they are a Lambo factory option??). If I am not mistaken didn't Tony have his done this very same way?? I do not have problem with chrome rims but I would have purchased a different design all together. I not big on the stock rims.

I am pretty sure they are aftermarket chrome rims. And I am pretty sure Tony's are aftermarket, not just chromed stock rims. I am going to look around for more pictures of Kobe's Murci....

What ever they are they are exact replicas of the stock Murci rims except they have a chrome finish. I may try and ask Tony. I remember his saying he bought his rims from TexasGreenLambo?? On the other hand I remeber him saying he bought and extra set for 6,000 or 9,000 grand because he did not want to wait for his originals to come back from the shop, hell I don't know. If you get the new DUB magazine you can see multiple pictures of Kobe's car. The rims in the picture have the "Bull" emblem in the center, but this of course can be aftermarket.

Re: Automatic Murcielago?!?!?

raven1822, the pics are down, can you post a URL of where you found them for me?

[edit]

Apparently automotiveforums.com now blocks hotlinkers, which means they block anyone from viewing the image if the HTTP_REFERER tag does not exist, which means they block images from everyone using Norton Internet Security...

Says he's putting ZR20s on the car. The car comes with 18 inch wheels standard. Does anyone have any pics of 20 inch wheels on a Murci? Even better if there are comparitive 18 vs 20 inch wheel pics...

Actually, the ZR20's seemed to be on his Bentley and not his Murcielage.

I think Busta Rhymes has 19/20's on both his Diablo and Murcielago. His car was in the Dupont a few months ago. I will see if I can find pics if you want to see what it looked like.

Hello,

I think this Murcielago has 19 or 20 inch Maya wheels, chromed ones on a black car, stunning to say the least.
