Edonis and Zonda -- twins separated at birth ?

B.Engineering in Campogalliano, Italy makes a limited edition supercar (the Edonis) with advanced tire technology from Michelin --> http://www.edonis.it/inglese/index.html

B.Engineering principals include several ex-Bugatti folks.

Their Edonis motorcar looks a lot like the Pagani Zonda C12.

i disagree, it looks nothing like the zonda.
maybe if you could specify which parts are similar, then it would easier for me to compare them..

Nah, the Edonis is a chaotic design, it's like there's no order to the form. The Zonda, on the other hand, is based on the most perfect design in the world: the female body.

B. Eng. is ok, but they have nothing on Pagani. I also think B. Eng. owns and builds the Edonis in the old Bugatti building.

I agree about the designs..

The Edonis: Chaotic, wild, future, original space vehicle

The Zonda: Free, flowing, smooth, silk, influenced by others, graceful

....
however
....

they both are about the same idea, have the same basic shape, and share the same market... now which design will be more successful? The Zonda. Why? More traditional and graceful. People aren't ready for a new, space design. But I still greatly respect and like the Edonis....

The rear view is similar, except for the exhaust pipes... the Edonis uses a more conventional approach.

Zonda has more advanced materials (CF body vs aluminum)
I think Zonda has better fit-and-finish
Edonis has better power, although not much more than the new C12S 7.3, although AMG V-12 is more reliable and service-able
Edonis has more advanced tires

true, the rears are similar.. anyways i prefer the Zonda for it's beauty, as jonesn said, Horacio Pagani capture the purest and most perfect design, the female body.....

Who cares about looks? If you pass someone at 350 km/h they haven’t got the time to look at your car. Cars are built to move, not pose, and the Edonis does that best.

Thumbs down

The Edonis leaves a lot to be desired. At least exchange those headlights for something good-looking!

yuck.

You can get the Edonis in CF, but if I had the money I would have bought it simply because "The Hammer" makes the alu-body.

Hi, everybody

I'm an Italian student and for my graduation thesis I'll study the Pagani and B-eng firms

I think the Zonda cannot be compared with the Edonis, though both are exotic cars..
I mean, Zonda is AN EXOTIC CAR, very beautiful and very very fast
insted the Edonis is a tecnological window of what B.eng can do.
B.eng is specialised in mecchanical part of car, not in MAKE car; they'll construct oly 21 cars and sell it not for free

I think i'll go to Pagani firms next month, if you want some info or if you have some info for me.... i'm here
thank

stay tuned...

P.S. sorry for my VERYYYYYYYYYYY bad english
