how many were made???

i noticed firebird in 1989 came with the firebird XS (which i have) and the firebird SSA.

exactly how many of these cars were made? i know they were only made in 1989 and discontinured after that. so it has to be worth some money then right? the XS .. only visable difference i know of is the 20th anniversary edition trans/am body kit, the 20th anniversary transam hood, suspension was a little bit different, not by much but some, and i dont know about every xs and ssa model, but 89 firebirds did NOT come with t-tops and my XS model did.

also power windows, locks, tape am/fm deck... just some other stock things that came along with my firebird XS model.

i was wondering how much it wuold be worth to someone cause im really thinking about selling it.

i garantee its in great condition as i replaced the following:

engine thermostat
alternator
put in my own cd player
changed 6x9 speakers in rear or car and hooked it up to an amp to power
i have the trans-am turbo edition hood
flowmaster exhaust
new belt
all fluids flushed and changed
new transmission mounts
and finally new brakes. both front and back!

^_^ all of that done between 2003 and 2004. so none of it is really old.

car itself has just over 83,000 miles on it.
