Trying to wire the xd properly for a trailer

hi i was hoping someone could help me with the correct wiring sequence for an xd falcon wagon, it was pulling a caravan, now im trying to wire it up to a 7 point trailer connection, anyone know the right colors for the right points? please

this will show you the correct wiring and colour
Red = stop lights Term 6
Brown= Tail lights Term 7
White = Earth term 3
yellow = Left Ind tern 1
Green = right ind term 4
term 2 used for reverse black wire
term 5 used for aux brakes Blue wire
