Outlander caliper sticking
Hi
I have recently replaced rear brake pads due to worn pads. When the mechanic replaced he said that the caliper was stuck on and that he has put some grease on it to free it up. The other side was fine but I still replaced both sets on pads. On my travel home from the garage the caliper became stuck again...heating up the wheel and smoke coming from the disk What are my options..? Replace with new caliper? How much? Rebuild the caliper? Could it be easy fix? More grease? The car is a outlander 2.2 diesel, on a 2010 plate Thanks in advance Paul |
