Can't go wrong there! I'd love to have a GT Stang, unfortunately the gas bill wouldn't work for my 75 Km daily commute...

Any vehicle that can pull 9g's on a skid pad is a winner in my book ! :sarcasm1:

Look, I'm not a huge Civic fan, but they are quick cars. I prefer a flatter torque curve and power in the higher gears, but I don't beat on them either cause I know they make good cars.
Just because I don't want a craptastic Civic with 20HP doesn't mean I can't see past anything with a Hemi. And for a car under 3000lbs to be pulling only 9g's and only getting a 6.3 1/4 (not even gona bother looking up any realy #s) is just pathetic.

Why?
Those numbers are not so bad. Besides the civic is valued for its tactile characteristics (handling and a light-weight, sporty feel), availability of performance parts and its relatively low price over raw speed. It may not be the ideal choice, but its a reasonable alternative.

Somehow, I do not think that Sir is really interested in your car, since it's in Bangladesh, and you are just a spammer.
Now say goodbye.

Re: Looking for a car

lol at spammer

But thats exactly why I wouldn't suggest the Civic, there are cars that are more fun to drive with similar MPG ratings that cost a simmilar amount that don't strip away your pride when driven And for 6k your not gona get an SI model. and with just a normal model Civic you'd be looking at an early 2000's with right around 100k miles.

The day I settle for a car thats not fun to drive, simply because it gets better fuel mileage, is the day I stop driving.

Re: Looking for a car

Too bad your parents laid down the law and said no more Saabs.

A good buddy is a Saab Fanatic and has a beautiful one for sale right now and right around your price range.

He is a highly qualified and absolute perfectionist with these cars so I am 100% positive this car is on the money and ready to rock.

I don't know much about Saabs but this one is a 1994, 5 Speed Turbo and in gorgeous condition in every respect.

Hope the pic comes through here and drop me a PM with your email and I will pass it on to him if you are interested.

Re: Looking for a car

The middle one gets driven in our NY Catskill winters but the others don't.

I doubt you will find a better car to go in the snow and also be a very fun and fast car to drive.

If I had a garage to shelter her I would own the red convertible in a NY minute. They are probably the easiest and best designed car to work on that I have ever seen.

I plan on being a multi-millionaire. That shouldn't be a problem

But I'd get a durango or something. I could never drive some POS ecobox. If I ever resort to that, I'll just start takin the bus. Hell I'd start taking my 'future kids' school bus if that happened.

I agree with you there. A four year old Cadillac costs the same as a new little econobox..... and guess which one I would prefer to drive?

Man, that one really stumped me. Any hints?

I'd take a $36,000 brand new Challenger over a $25,000 USED Prius though....... WTF is up with that crap?

I will tell you what is up with that. That Clunker program did a lot of damage to used car prices, raising them at least $1000. You should see the auctions, nothing is cheap anymore, and that is the truth...just ask my father!

Yeah, it's all that commie - pinko Obama's fault....... Why my grandma Rosie swears she saw Obama get on a plane to go to Cuba 3 years ago...... and my uncle Jethro says he KNOWS for a fact that Fidel Castro bankrolled his presidential campaign!!!!!!
