I know that this was on CF but I though I'd try it out over here. So what's your favourite and least favourite names?

Here's mine:

Ferrari
Berlinetta
Barchetta
Diablo
Miura
Lamborghini
Maybach
Veyron
Azure
Arnage
Silver Seraph
M5 or any M product for tht matter.
XKR
BMW
Aston Martin
Vantage
Volante
Hummer
Porsche
Turbo, this only applies to Porsche, I love that understatment.

I'll think of some others later, I like these though, some are subnames from companies but I love em'.

Thumbs up I'd say BRABUS sounds quite mean!

Simple!

-Viper (sounds vicious)
-Cobra (same as Viper)
-Arnage (mean sounding name)
-Lexus (has "rich" tune to it)
-Mercedes (has class written all over it!)

-BMW - sends chills up my spine
-Pagani - sounds like a rich supercar (which it is)
-Zonda - an extremely strong Andean wind, not to mention very fast, just like the car
-Viper - same reason as above
-Corvette - seams to go very smoothly, but aggressively

These are the cars who should have there names rethought. For a whil.

Aztek (Go back to 3000 BC!)
Imag
Evoq
Escalade (As you can tell by now, I don't really like Cadillac)
Paseo (What the hell does that mean?)
Bravada
XG 300! (Hyundai should not be allowed to make Luxury cars)
Tiburon
Passat (Sounds like a name for a Swedish Cat)

and other econo box vehicles

However, the coolest name IMO is the TOYOTA Landcruiser, it sounds like you could conquer everest with a name like "Landcruiser" It also makes land feel like Sunday driving, they should call the next one "Mountain Masher" or something, I sound like an ztek designer now.

The old Landcruisers were good, before they switched to luxo mobiles.

Ever notice the XG300 looks an awful lot like a Lincoln LS?

Yeah, Maxima is an awesome name. It reminds me of some big Hercules guy or something, like "Maximus the Conqueror."

I couldn't for the life of me figure that out! I knew it looked like something... Lincoln LS. LOL. Somewhere there was a thread that asked if the XG300 looked like the new Q45. LOL again.

My favorite car names:
Impreza
Aristo (Lexus GS' name in Japan)
Silvia
Skyline
Saber (Acura CL's name in Japan)
Viper
(I'm not counting alpha-numerics as names. Otherwise I'd include NSX, S2000 and MR2)

I hate it when companies (*cough*Toyota*cough*) use names that mean or portray absolutely nothing. Camry? Corolla? Paseo? Tercel? Come on now....
