Transmission Flush or Pan Drop
Hey guys, I have a question, I am going to be doing a transmission service in the future, but I want to know what you guys recommend. I would like to know what is the better service, I say it is the usual pan drop and filter change, rather than the fluid flush machines which I have noticed no filter change and have heared people complain about slippage. Yeah the pan drop changes only about 40% of the fluid, but from one of the longest running transmission servicers in the Phoenix area, that is really all you need for about 5 years. But I still question, so what do you guys think, my girlfriends ram has about 125,000 miles on it, and I did only the pan drop with filter change almost 2 1/2 years ago.

Re: Transmission Flush or Pan Drop
Pan drop, filter renew, install pan, and then flush converter and cooler...
That should get ya about 95% new fluid + or - |
