It's that time of the year "THE DEER ARE ON THE LOOSE".....be careful on those back country roads

If you can see green eyes at night, honk the horn loudly, they will run the other way, instead of following the light.

The one thing I've learned while living in a remote area is that you can't count on an animal to do something predictable. This goes doubly so for young deer (not the fawns so much as the awkward "teenagers").
