Tire sizes
Sup, i have a 98 Max SE with the 16in rims and the tires are 215/55 16, ca i fit 225/50 16 tires in the wheelwell without scraping, my car has just been lowered 1" 1/2 and the fenders fit snug over the tires with no gap. can it be done ?

I have 225 50 Kimo's but no lowering, and they fit fine with lots of room, id assume even with the drop they would fit

I believe you can because the differences are 10mm in width and a slight decrease in sidewall height. You are going from a 118.25mm height to a 112.5mm height. If you are only dropped 1.25" how can your tires be tucked with stock sizes? I have a 1.75" drop and 17s and I've still got a gap.
