fuel pump issues
My grandson has 1991 w150 pickup which died all of a sudden.had no fuel pressure so put in new pump and still wont start.truck sat for two months before i went to get it.only has 10.84 volts at harness to fuel pump.swapped relays no change.what gives thepump its ground?any help would be appericated. Thanks charles

Most fuel pumps don't get a full 12 volts. Doing so causes overfueling, so the voltage is probably not your issue.
On Chris' question it is definitely valid and needs answered. If it doesn't run, try running direct power to the pump to see if it runs.
