Was there a Seat Panda ? The Seat Marbella was the "sister" of the Fiat Panda

We are really talking about the same car but built in different years.
As far as i'm concerned the italian Fiat Panda was exactly built the same for the spanish company. So it was called Seat Panda in Spain. Some years later, when the spanish company started to build cars under their own licence, they changed the names of the cars similar to those of the italian company. Some examples: Fiat Ritmo ---> Seat Ronda Fiat Panda ---> Seat Marbella
