Small engines- scooters and mowers

Even though this is a car forum, I think this is great to have small engines on here. I have built up a bunch of 50cc 2 strokes, so I can try to help with that. Anyone have any good ideas on 4-stroke lawnmower engines on the next-to-free budget? Thanks

B&S Raptor Series 5 Horse. Comp Cams sells cam kits for them. Plus there are stroker kits available, big bore pistons, bigger valves, and so forth. You can push a ton of power out of them.

if your handy with tools. just check every trash day in the spring. the rich folks will trash a good mower, they just need a little carb work.
