Viper Alarm System not behaving normally.
Where do I start to get it working right?
Used to be I could hit the door lock toggle, close the door, interior lights would go off, blinker on the dash would blink red. Unlock it, dash light off, interior lights on until I turned the key to on position. Now, the interior lights are on all the time (and no, not by virtue of the push button feature on them), toggle the lock switch, close the door, lights stay on, dash blinker doesn't come on. Something is out of whack with it. I have verified it's not the driver door switch, it's working properly. Any ideas where to start? Thanks In Advance! |

Viper has a pretty good customer service. I would call them.

I ended up tacking a 2 x 4 and with a hammer, bumping the door lock yolk on the B column in a bit, to hold the door closed a little tighter... You're not swinging for the cheap seats, just getting your door to rest a little tighter on the pin switch.
