Re: <30 thousand car advice
just to add to your choices, think about these, there some really good cars for around 30k: S2000, 350Z, Mustang GT, Sti's are cool but they aren't too great at top end.

Re: <30 thousand car advice
Yea i do like the mustang my friend has a 99 GT with 350rwhp but as far as the s2000 and 350 and those i don't know if a 2 seater is practical so i'm not really looking into those too much or else i would have made up my mind but thats what i'm looking for how a car performs and how it handles and a good comfortable ride always helps

Re: <30 thousand car advice
If you're looking for a car with power and the ability to do what you want to get even more power and fine tune the vehicle look into around a 95 gt with a 5.0. Lots of aftermarket parts available for engine to increase horsepower and other options available for exhaust as well and you would then be able to spend the 30K on upgrades.

350Z. 300hp, RWD, 6-speed manual, Limited Slip Diff, HID lights, 18" rims, Automatic climate control - $27,650 to start but for the LSD (a must) you're looking at $29,350.
Good luck! |

Re: <30 thousand car advice
If you are looking for something comfortable and reliable don't buy an Evo or an STi. They just don't make good daily drivers. Yea, they are pretty damn fast for the price, but they are terrible on a day-to-day basis. I assume this will be your daily driver, so what about a lightly used Infiniti G35 Coupe or a BMW E46 330i or 330Ci? Both are pretty sporty, handle well, look pretty good (I like the Bimmer more), but they also work really well as daily drivers. Going from the interior of a Evo to a E46 is like going to another planet. If those two aren't sporty enough, what about a Pontiac GTO 6.0? The 400hp LS2 V8 is as much power you're going to get until you reach Corvette range.
