Problems with supercharger.

My buddy just put a Saleen 281 blower on his 2003 GT. To me the car feels great, but on the GTech (Competition) we're only showing about a 40 horsepower difference from before.

I noticed that his A/F gauge is not working properly (It isn't fully cycling when idling, it only cycles in the rich area of the gauge). He did find two wires unhooked on his MAF which he hooked back up.

I really don't have enough information but we can't figure it out. The boost gauge is showing 9 pounds when he's at WOT.

I'm pretty much just looking for suggestions of things that we can try to get the car tuned right.

Dont trust the GTech. Go to a dyno.
