05 dodge ram 5.7 auto

I've been working on my friends 05 dodge ram 1500 5.7L. The vehicle has been misfiring badly. Its does this intermittently. When the vehicle acts up it will not idle and will barely pull itself through a stop light. Sets codes for Random misfire and bank 2 o2 sensor volts low. Though it might set the o2 codes due to misfire. The plugs, crank sensor and egr valve have been replaced and still no luck. Any common issues here that I'm missing? Any help would be good. Thanks,
