Question Spark Plugs + Spark Plug wires

I'm getting the b16a installed soon and I was wondering what you guys thought were the best (for a decent price) plug and plug wire combo. I'm sure most will say ngk for plugs, so where is a good place online to get them? I had some Msd plug wires on my d16a6 and they were made pretty crappy, not giving a good fit/seal when they were supposed to be made for that particular engine. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure Honda themselves recommend the NGK so stick to them. Not sure about an online site though.
