2001 Dakota Steering Gear

The steering gear leaks at the inner tie rod bellows and the pinion seal. I have removed both bellows, tie rods, the pinion, and the circlip on the passenger side. The seal on the passenger side will not budge. I tried a slide hammer, but the seal remains in place. Does anyone have a diagram or repair procedure for the steering gear? The rack needs to be removed to replace the seals.
