Telstar TX5 gearbox problems

Has anyone experienced any problems with Telstar Ghia TX5 auto gearbox ? I have a '95 V6 GE model (Australia) that goes into hold mode when driving. I've had the computers bench tested and the throttle selector replaced twice and still the problem happens, any thoughts ?

You're saying the Hold light comes on and stays on? That's usually a sign that the trans is having major issues.

Change your trans fluid and see what happens, but I'm thinking you're probably due for a new box.
