Bigger Wheels for 91 Civic

My grandson just got a 91 Civic Hatchback for his first car. It has these puny looking 13" steel wheels and we are looking for some 15" alloy replacements. I've seen some stock Accords, Preludes and Accuras advertised for pretty reasonable price. Wonder if anyone can tell me if 15" wheels and reasonable size tires will clear all steering and suspension parts and cause no problems other than speedo calibration?

you should'nt have a problem as long as you stay within the stock whole wheel daimeter. use this calculator to help you w/ that. add you current tire spec, the add the one you want. try to stay within the diameter and possibly the width as well to avoid any problems. http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html
