From drum to disc brakes

Ok i need a rearend for my 1995 caprice.i went to my locate salvage yard in search of one they cross referenced it and said it had to be a 1995 caprice or impala rearend. My car has four wheel disc brakes so my question is will i be able to buy a drum brake rearend and bolt my disc brakes to it? Thanks in advance guys
