09 g6 need help

I was changing strut on the g6 today and found stripped bolt where strut mounts to steering knuckle barely got it out need to replace ,only replacements I can find are to adjust camber positive or negative this is not needed, can I use a bolt same size that does not have the splines in it to prevent turning instead of getting camber adjustment bolts and grinding away to make them work

You can get a OEM replacement from a GM dealer. You could use a regular nut and bolt, with lock washers. It would need to be the same diameter and grade as the OEM though.
