Pontiac

2006 Montana sv6,have o2 pre-heater not resetting,also evap not resetting.
drove several hundred miles according to the mechanic and will not reset.
any help out there?

You have to drive the vehicle, through what is called a "drive cycle"....if you do not follow the specific steps, then the flags will not reset, because each flag will not run it's diagnostic test, if not under the proper conditions.....it's not just a matter of driving a couple hundred miles....
