Where does the hose go (vapor canister)
My brother has a 2004 Kia Sedona. Recently we replaced the evap purge valve. When he pulled the vapor canister down, there was hose coming out the side of the canister that wasn't attached anywhere on the other end. We can't find where it's supposed to connect. The hose looks to be about an inch outside diameter. My brother thinks just plugging the hose might turn out the check engine light. (Code reader said "evap circuit problem".)
Can anyone help me figure out where that hose is supposed to go? |

Re: Where does the hose go (vapor canister)
If its the hose I am thinking it is supposed to be open. That hose is what helps vent the vapors.
