Unhappy J30t Struts - final word?

I have searched EVERYWHERE for the answer to this, but keep seeing conflicting information. Here it goes:
Are there any aftermarket replacement struts or cartridges for front/rear on a 93 J30t?
I've heard Koni had some, but also a few others. Then I hear that there are none that really fit. I don't mind spending a little bit, but I don't want to spend $2k on replacements installed. There are several people asking the same question in many of the other forums, so has anyone changed out their struts? Lowered their J30, or done any work to their suspension? Please, share your knowledge and let's place this final word in the forums and give some of these people an answer to their question. Thanks to you all, this is a great board!

Check these guys out. I purchased front replacements for my 94 j30. They will sell just the inserts. Don't need to buy the entire assembly like some infiniti dealers only sell.

Thanks, I just emailed them. I have read about them, but wanted to see if I could get anything a little more adjustable (i.e. Koni adjustables, etc.) However, the OEM's are very good, I know. But I know others have had lowered their J30s and done some suspension work on them, so I was wondering if there was any aftermarket manufacturer out there.
Thanks for the help!

IF you want nice custom springs go to coilsprings.com, they made me a set of four for 650....much stiffer and I had it dropped 1 1/2 in the front and rear...they do outstanding work and have dimensions for the springs on file as they did mine....all 93-97 are the same non-T that is.
