Your right, but believe me the weight difference isn't that much, especially when your talking about a 300HP difference. Man come on guy use common sense.

458whp is more than 500 crank... by a bit.
rwd loses almost 25% in the drive train. so you're in the 550 range.
that'd be more believable.

i'd say that the lighter 550hp m3 could keep up with the 800hp supra (provided that they're both crank ratings we're talking about)

i don't believe than the same numbers listed above would allow an m3 to WALK the supra.

You are correct the M3 is putting around 550 plus to the motor and it weights just around 2,600 pounds.
