Wacky Door Locks

95 Geo Prizm Lsi, doesn't have power door locks but whenever you try to lock the doors it unlocks any that are already locked. Very frustrating to say the least. I didn't see anything helpful in the owners manual.

It does have a Bulldog (2 button) remote starter but -
1. I can't tell if the 2nd button is for the doors, if so it doesn't work.
2. I don't see how it could be part of the remote if the car doesn't have power door locks.

Any thoughts or ideas are welcomed.
Thanks
