Decent amp for $250-300

anybody have a suggestion for a decent amp between $250-300? gotta give the one my friend loaned me back soon. i could get an Audiobahn one at circuit city for around $250, but i just wanna see what you guys think first. also, any suggestions on websites to find this stuff would be good too...thanks

I assume you want a subwoofer amp. This pushes 1200+ watts rms for 250 if you jump on the preorder.

dont get it at circuit city, the reason is that there is so much better online, you can get a hifonics brutus bx1500d for about $270+ shipping on ebay, its a pretty good amp for the price, i haven't heard to many bad things about them

do u want to power a sub or some speakers?

if a sub try to a MTX 251D.. its a mono block amp good for 200WRMS. (never pay attention to peak output) i used one to power a Kicker CompVR 12" very nicely til it got stolen

if 4 speakers an RT404 would do well, also an MTX

sorry...forgot to mention its powering 2 Kenwood subs (don't remember the exact model)

class D amps are your best bet for "most bang for the buck"
