Normally I would say something like, "Go shoot yourself." But you are already lost my young Padawon....
Hah, j/p. Personally, I wouldn't do it for fear of about 98% of the population giving me shit...but then again, it is your choice, and if you have pride in your Cavalier and enjoy neons/kits/systems...go for it man. It's all about what you like...don't take anyone's opinion in here to heart...unless they tell you to get a turboed Echo.... |

Sure, it's your choice what you wanna do with your car, but you came to the wrong forum to talk about a stock cavalier with body kits and neons. You'll be so slow that even burntrice's mustang mustang might keep up with you!

Re: Cavalier
Honestly, the Cavalier isn't worth it. Unless it just so happens to the Z24 model(<is that right), which I believe is supercharged. Don't know much about them, but body kit, neons, and altezzas. Sound pretty ricey. Being a rice owner myself, I wouldn't really recommend getting one. How much do you plan on spending for a car anyway? Maybe if you can give an estimated amount, we can help you find the car for you price. late...

Re: Cavalier
hey lay off the cavs! i know they the baseline models are cheap econocrap boxs, but the Z24 models from 2000-2002 are really nice compared to a baseline. If you get a cavalier the ONLY models worth getting are 2000+ Z24. Other than that they are all crap. And eve the Z24 in its stock form isnt all that fast, its quick at best.
Do what i and OrangeZ have done. Buy a Z24 cavalier, 2000+ model for around 7G's. Then buy the Gm supercharger kit for 2G's. Drop another 2G's into exhuast, header, clutch, and tires and you should be high 13's. For 11G's you can have a high 13 second car. Even though i am a proud cavalier owner, i hate the baseline cavaliers and all the shitty rice that has bought them up. |

Re: Cavalier
the base model cavaliers are actually pretty reliable, because its hard to break something when the car is slow as shit.
"euro" taillights are ricey and make you look dumb and neon lights are illegal to use on the street.
