Need help for friend

Would like advice on my friend's subs and amp combo

He has a car with a sealed trunk and is looking for a 60/40 SPL/SQ set up.

He can spend about 1200 dollars on subs, sub amp and a box. Would a ported box or a sealed box be better for his trunk to prevent rattle but keep them hitting real hard so they shake the pasengers.

Right now he's looking at
2 12" Brahma's
2 12" Eclipse Titanium's
2 12" ID Max's (My highest rcommendation for him for price and application)
2 12" JLw6v2's (overpriced...)

Also we're looking for a good amp choice to help power whichever sub you recommend. Thanks guys!

All of those subs are going to rattle the crap out of his trunk ported or sealed without a ton of sound dampening.

I meant more of which enclosure will maintain the true sq and spl of the sub, a sealed box or a ported box. I have never had much experience with closed trunks since all of my applicaitons have been hatchbacks and open trunk suvs.

So which subs would be good for his liking...a 60/40 spl/sq set up. He wants a sub thats going to make his body pund when the subs hit. So sealed or ported, which subs would you guys recommend and which amp. A total of $1200 for subs amp and box. Any help is greatly appreciated.
