hows the old greddy evo hold up?
I was just wondering if the old evo exhaust with the aluminized steel piping holds up. My friend just bought one for his rsx for $350. Does any1 think the piping will eventually corrode? We live in central Ohio with a lot of salt on the roads in the winters so maybe theres a problem. But isn't the mild steel piping designed to hold up to pretty much anything? Anyway, it was only $350 (new) so who's complaing.

It will corrode, thats why most people don't get the old one or get the new Evo2.

I've heard it starts to corrode fairly quickly, at that...

For about 150 (I think) more i'd fork over for an EVO2 and not have to worry about corrosion - or get another exhaust.
For the same price as the EVO2 i'd get the HKS or something. Or an actual performance mod. |

Well its true a performance mod would be a lot better than like a 3 hp gain from an exhaust
