Talk about your fixer-upper. That doesn't look like it's in the best condition....

Wow is right! So what, the cars are in the best condition but they would be the cars that I would want. They are the exact cars I dream about, a old classic Ferrari left in a barn for like 30 years. It would be fun to restore them and then put it back in that barn in pristine order. That is cool.

Thumbs up

What's really cool is how such a beat up car can still be worth so much. Something like that really takes a lot of punishment to depreciate in value!

I think the value comes from sentiment, and the fact that it's the only completely stock (unrestored) model out there.

Also take in to account that it is a Ferrari, it is very old, it probably has low miles (I didn't check) and like you said, probably also has some sentimental value. The guy will be rich after the sale though, two classic Ferraris can fetch quite a bit restored or not.

Yeah, I was looking at that a couple days ago...I wonder if that guy just bought that property for a low price, unaware of the two prizes on it. He probly approached the bunker a couple days after buying the property, wondering what was in it. Probly fainted when he found out...I would
