help with turbo? P2565, P2563
Hi,
I recently bought car 2.0 HDI 136hp, RHR 2004, with Turbo problem. When i start car turbo gives normal boost, after some driving i loose boost at all, until i start it again and again i have boost. Looks like limp/safe mode. Diagnostic say: when i clear all errors and start engine, in few seconds after car starts: P2565 - Turbocharger Boost Control Position Sensor Circuit High and when i loose boost i get: P2563 - Turbocharger Boost Control Position Sensor Circuit Range/Performance I changed all vacuum lines from vacuum pump to turbo. I open vacuum turbo solenoid and clear it inside. Wastegate is moving on vacuum, not sure does it loose vacuum. I sprayed with WD40 all connections, including connection to TBCPS. Also i tried to connect vacuum directly from pump to wastegate, bypassing solenoid, and i have boost all time i drive, but on low rpm i have some breaks i f i do that. I think that i loose boost when i drive on low rpm, if i drive on full gas i think that i am not loosing boost, but i didn't drive like that long time. On boost gauge i got maximum about 15.9 psi, if i connect vacuum directly to wastegate boost is 21.6 on max load. When i loose boost, it is max 3-4psi Can you help me to solve this? I still can't go to mechanical. |
