82hp but this Smart will be very light (not more than 900 kg). The max speed is about 180kmh (115 mph). And this car will be perfect for driving on little raods.

It's basicly a Lotus Elise, but a bit cheaper. Opel being owned by GM, GM owning Lotus, the Speedster is made using the same epoxy bonded aluminum section construction.

The regular Opel Speedster is a roadster design, using the 2.2 liter Ecotec 4 cylinder, which makes a little more power than the Rover series 4 cylinders.

Whats the bet I was the first one to see this car in the flesh?


Last year I saw this car in Christchurch, NZ being tested with all taht black disguise they put on it- but the shape was obvious that it was the Smart Roadster
