THE NEW ONE
to me the gto is an import(made in australia) and its gay cause all they had to do to make it faster is put wider tires on the wheels, another reason why i dont like gm very much, but if i had the money id buy a gto and put bigger tires on it, and the gto was not made to compete with the evo it was made to get ppl into pontiac dealerships so lets leave it out of this.

isnt the new gto fast then the old one. i mean sure motor trend could be very wrong but they say that the new gto is even fast then the old judge.

If this is intended to lean my favor to the garbage, I think your just a bit off, and it may be time for the rubber room. Obvously cannot read a damn word, A ZL1 is a factory car, and sold on the lots in 1969. You beloved J-spec EVO is also a factory custom. And it's curb weight is 3263 #, and this comes from motor trend. So keep arguing and I'll keep backing up American muscle. You say to each his own and then sprout this shit, just shut your pie hole.
How dumb can you be?!? Do you know that only 69 1969 ZL1s were ever made! Look it up yourself! That is a factory custom car stupid! While thousands of evos are made each year. (aka not factory custom) I think in America if you make more than 500 they are considerd a full production. Where is your defence now. Do you want to keep playing with words? I will shoot you down every time. GET A LIFE!

I don't care that you think you can win me in an argument about American musce, and I don't care about your dearly beloved EVOVIII J-Spec, I have read about it on the net enough to make me puke. Besides son you diden't win the argument, and just don't know it. It's called sutbborun, your opinion is always right, I'm comparing your little rice waggon to a 30 year old American muscle car. Yes it's does beat your EVO, and so does an L-88 Corvette, and A GTO judge, and a Buick GSX. I've sent you to sight after site, and you don't read any of the shit. I know it may be just a bit to hard for you to comprehend, but I did read a bunch of crap about your EVO, but I did it on my own, you diden't put up one shred of proof, or send me to a single sight that had specs on you wonderful little EVO, I found them all on my own, so once again put up or shut up. Besides I said I'm done playing your little game, I will not put up any more proof, or respond to you. I'm done.

I hate to break this to you but those look like the specs to the evo7 not the evo 8 but if you actualy knew what you were talking about you would know that. The US evo8 weighs 3268 not 3087. Duh. Do your homework and then come back to argue.

Big whoopdedo, we are not counting factory costom cars because they are too rare and too expensive for the avrage person to afford. (FREE HINT if less than 500 a year were built they are factory custom) What part of that is hard for you to understand?

That doesn't matter, I'm proving a point and that point is that cars from the 60's beat your little rice waggon, and I did.

Uh what are you doing every one of theose cars is either much slower, or an extreamly expensive factory custom. What you cannot find a production muscle car that can take the evo? Please try again I am loving every second of this.

Wow the stupidity is incrediable. Of course with an unlimited budget and drag slicks you can beat an afordiable reliable import in street trim. DUH That is not the point. I am saying that the Evo is the better proforming street car, that is what I have been saying all along, what world do you live in?
