Moonroof problems

Anyone having problems with their moonroofs on the 03-06 models. I have a problem with it sticking, the button to close it needs to be pushed through my roof to make it close. Is their a TSB out for this and if so can someone send me the link so I am prepared when going to the dealer next week. Thanks.

Re: Moonroof problems

Twice now I've had my moonroof crap out on me. I got it fixed under warranty with no problem the first time. Now this second time the button to make it pop up refuses to work at all, and at times it james when it retracts. i dunno.

Re: Moonroof problems

Yea i know, it's such a pain to have to drive down to the dealer's tho. I don't care if the popup button doesn't work, cause I can just use the retract button to acheive the same effect. But once the motor itself dies, I guess it's time for another trip...

The moonroof problem as I've heard it was mostly with the early '03s. Fortuately, I haven't hadthis problem...yet. However some '04s have it as well.

So why not try replacing the switch. It's the least expensive route.
