car buying advice please
i'm 16, getting my license in this coming november, and it's pretty much my dream to street race. i've been looking at cars for a while now, and i'm willing to spend around 5 grand on one, but i don't know what exactly to get. i want a decent car that i can tune for performance, but i'm stuck. does anyone have any advice on what a decent beginner car would be to start off with? thank's a lot, i really appreciate it.

Just drag race? 87-93 Mustang 5.0, 93-97 Camaro Z28/Firebird Trans Am are good bets.
